The Rideshare Drivers Network is the outcome of a year-long extensive research effort conducted in various cities worldwide, examining the perspectives of drivers, riders, and app providers. Our ongoing research on driver experiences spans different cities and small towns. Our Director Ash worked for 8 months as a driver for both Uber and Lyft, utilizing personal and rented vehicles, completing over 1000 trips working at different times in different cities, engaged with numerous drivers and riders. the result is a comprehensive solution to the problems faced by Drivers.
